This plantation complex on the Mississippi River stood across the levee from where
the Poland Street Wharf is today. Boundary streets are Poland, Lesseps, and
Chartres (formerly Moreau). The property is four blocks from the Lombard
plantation (022.026) and two blocks from the site of the Phoenix Ball Room
(038.045).
