Cash and credit card payments will not be accepted by mail. To apply by mail, send a check made payable to Notarial Archives along with the completed form to the attention of Steven Hoerner at the address above.

This web site is an interactive web site that allows account holders to browse
documents online. The general public can access
this site free-of-charge at public-access computers
located in the Notarial Archives office.
